No. This is a paid consulting engagement designed to create real clarity and a usable plan. It is not a free sales call or a casual “pick my brain” conversation.

Do I need to know which tools or automations I need?

No. You do not need to arrive with a tool list or a fully formed solution. We start with the workflow and the business need, then determine what systems or tools would be useful.

Is the Strategy Session credited toward implementation?

No. The Strategy Session is a standalone engagement because the diagnosis and tailored Systems Roadmap are valuable deliverables on their own. If implementation is a fit afterward, it is scoped and proposed separately.

What happens after the Session?

You receive your Systems Roadmap. You can use it independently, work through it internally, or, if hands-on implementation support is appropriate and there is mutual fit, receive a tailored proposal from Momentum Workflows.
