What happens after I reach out?
You'll hear back from me directly, usually within 1–2 business days. If it looks like a fit, the next step is typically a Strategy Session — a focused look at what's actually happening in your business before we talk about building anything.
Do I need to already have systems in place before working with you?
No. Some clients come to me with nothing structured yet; others have been running their business for years and just never had the bandwidth to fix what's happening behind the scenes. Either starting point works; the first step is the same either way: figuring out what's actually going on before we build anything.
What's the difference between a Strategy Session and full implementation?
The Strategy Session is a 90-minute working conversation where we map what's happening in your business right now and identify what's creating friction. Implementation is where that gets built: the workflows, automations, and systems that fix it. If you move forward with implementation, the cost of your Strategy Session is credited toward the project.
How long does implementation take?
4-8 weeks. It depends on scope: a smaller build (Foundations-level) moves (and builds) faster than a full custom system. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, not just after.
Do you offer ongoing support after implementation?
Yes, past implementation clients can move into an ongoing retainer, where I maintain what was built rather than take on new, unrelated work. It's for keeping the system running, not a general "book my time for anything" arrangement.
Can I just book a Strategy Session without committing to anything else?
Yes. The session stands on its own; you walk away with a clear picture of what's happening in your business and what to do next, whether or not you ever move into implementation with me.
